All members who register must verify their age during the KYC process. We take the protection of underage users seriously and fully support the practice of responsible gaming.

No. Each individual is only permitted to own one account only at 99Club. Multiple account registrations by the same individual is a violation of Terms and Conditions and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently terminated. If you forget your password, use the forgot password function on the login page.

You can change your password in two ways:
  • In-account: Log in, go to Account Settings, select "Change Password" and follow the instructions.
  • Forgot password: On the Login, click the "Forgot Password" link and enter your registered phone number to receive a verification code.
Make sure your new password contains at least 8 characters, combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, and numbers.

KYC (Know Your Customer) is an industry-standard identity verification process we implement to protect all members. This process ensures that:
  • Accounts are to be used only by the rightful owner.
  • Fraud and account abuse are prevented.
  • Withdrawals are processed to the correct account holder.
Required documents are typically a valid MyKad or passport. The KYC process is usually completed within 24 hours on business days.

99Club accepts a variety of payment methods popular in Malaysia:
  • FPX (Financial Process Exchange) — instant online bank transfer
  • E-wallet — Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost
  • Bank transfer — Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, RHB and more
  • Debit/credit card — Visa and Mastercard
  • Cryptocurrency — USDT and several other options
All deposit methods are secure and fully encrypted.

Deposit processing time depends on the selected method:
  • FPX & e-wallets: Instant to 5 minutes
  • Bank transfer: 5–15 minutes (depending on your bank)
  • Debit/credit card: 5–10 minutes
  • Cryptocurrency: 10–30 minutes (subject to network verification)
If your deposit has not arrived after the expected period, contact our live support with proof of transaction for an immediate review.

The withdrawal limits at 99Club are as follows:
  • Minimum: RM 50 per transaction
  • Daily maximum: Depends on account tier (regular members up to RM 30,000; VIP members up to RM 100,000)
Withdrawals are processed within 15–30 minutes for members who have completed KYC. Unverified accounts may experience delays. Upgrade to a VIP for higher withdrawal limits.

99Club does not charge any fees for deposits and withdrawals on our end. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own processing fees in accordance with their policies — this is beyond 99Club's control. We encourage you to review your payment provider's fee policy before making any transactions.

New 99Club members are eligible for welcome bonus when making your first deposit. This bonus is usually in the form of a deposit match (for example, deposit RM 100 and receive an extra RM 100 bonus). Wagering requirements (rollover) apply before the bonus can be converted into cash. Full bonus details are listed on the promotions page when logged in — make sure you read the relevant terms before claiming any offer.

Rollover (or wagering requirement) refers to the total betting amount you need to reach before bonus funds can be converted into withdrawable cash. For example, if your bonus is RM 100 with a 5x rollover, you need to place bets totalling RM 500 (RM 100 × 5) before the funds can be withdrawn. This is standard industry practice to prevent abuse. Check the specific terms of each promotion as rollover rates may vary.

Program 99Club VIP has multiple tiers, starting from VIP Bronze up to VIP Diamond. Upgrade eligibility depends on your total deposit amount and betting activity. The higher your VIP tier, the more benefits you enjoy:
  • Higher withdrawal limits
  • Higher weekly cashback
  • Personal account manager (VIP Platinum and above)
  • Invitations to exclusive events
  • Birthday bonus and special rewards
